Ms. Bird serves as Vice President, Asset Management at Lovett Industrial, joining in May 2022. Ms. Bird leads Asset Management efforts nationwide at Lovett Industrial, overseeing operating assets, dispositions, acquisitions, and Municipal Utility District reimbursement projects. During her time at Lovett, she has overseen the acquisition of approximately 2 million square feet of operating properties representing more than $336 million in value and the disposition of approximately 2 million square feet of space representing $352 million in value. In addition, she and her team oversee leasing, capital projects, and property management of Lovett’s nationwide operating portfolio, encompassing approximately 11.2 million square feet of space over 16 assets and 56 buildings with over $1.0 billion in project costs. Prior to Lovett Industrial, Ms. Bird was the Real Estate Investment Manager at Cockrell Interests, a Houston-based family office with extensive real estate holdings, where she focused on transactions, projections, reporting, and MUD projects. Ms. Bird earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and finance from Texas Christian University.
