Mr. Sarmiento currently serves as the Development Manager for the West Region, joining in February 2023. As a Development Manager, Mr. Sarmiento is responsible for pre-construction activities, including due diligence, budgeting, site plan design, and entitlements. Mr. Sarmiento also assists in acquisition, financing, construction, leasing, and disposition efforts for all projects in California. Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, Mr. Sarmiento worked at Panattoni Development Company and served as a Finance Manager for the Capital Markets Group. As a Finance Manager, he played a key role in debt and equity capitalization, operational support, and financial management for all industrial developments in the Southern California and Chicago markets. Mr. Sarmiento earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate with an emphasis in Finance from the University of San Diego.
