Co-Founders Charlie Meyer and Frank Liu collectively bring decades of experience in multiple product types, including industrial retail, office, and residential, with Meyer having overseen more than 31 million square feet of industrial development and acquisitions totaling over $4 billion during the course of his career. Since its inception, Meyer has driven the growth of Lovett Industrial, expanding its footprint to encompass more than 16 million square feet of development and acquisition projects across the U.S.

Chief Operating Officer Sara Bloom has leveraged her prior experience as a senior attorney in mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets to close over $2 billion in transactions and establish Lovett Industrial’s robust property management division. Senior Managing Director Ken Chang brings over 20 years of experience from leading firms like Prologis, having managed $1.6 billion in investments and developed 12.5 million square feet of industrial space.
