Ms. Greene serves as Senior Associate for Central Texas at Lovett Industrial, joining in April 2023. Ms. Greene is responsible for overseeing the functionality and strategic management of operating assets, as well as evaluating acquisition and development opportunities and supporting financing, leasing, and disposition efforts. She brings extensive knowledge of the Houston industrial market, which has supported the negotiation and execution of numerous transactions. Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, Ms. Greene served as an Industrial Associate at Stream Realty Partners, where she focused primarily on landlord leasing. Ms. Greene is a native Houstonian and a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
