Addison Innovation Center is being transformed from an underutilized office building into a Class-A industrial building. In addition, Lovett will construct a new 101,364-square-foot rear-load building that will share a truck court with the existing property. This project is strategically located in Addison, TX, a northern suburb of Dallas with incredibly high entry barriers for new industrial opportunities. Building One is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2024, followed by Building 2 in the first quarter of 2025.
