Nova Logistics Park

NOVA Logistics Park is a Class A industrial development located southwest of Houston in the well-established Sugar Land Business Park. The development has signalized access into the site from Industrial Blvd, a major thoroughfare in the park, connecting the development to Highway 90 and on to Beltway 8 and Interstate 59. Houston’s SW sub-market has a rich and diverse labor pool and consumer base, and Sugar Land continues to create an attractive business environment for existing and new corporate users. Construction commenced in December 2020 and completed in August 2021.
