Mr. McGregor serves as Director of Property Management at Lovett Industrial, joining in October 2023. At Lovett Industrial, he oversees the firm’s national portfolio of operating assets, including both wholly owned and joint venture projects.
Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, Mr. McGregor was an Associate Director at CBRE, Inc., where he focused on managing industrial assets for both institutional and private ownership groups.
Mr. McGregor is a native Houstonian and earned his bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University.
