Mr. Scroggie serves as an Analyst in Lovett Industrial’s Houston office, joining in May 2026. His responsibilities include evaluating acquisition and development opportunities, supporting due diligence efforts, and assisting with the execution of active development projects.
Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, he held commercial real estate finance and advisory roles with Newmark, Hughes Marino, and Colliers Mortgage, where he gained experience in underwriting, capital markets, market analysis, and transaction execution.
Mr. Scroggie is a licensed Texas Real Estate Sales Agent.
