Ms. Bloom serves as Chief Operating Officer of Lovett Industrial, joining in February of 2021. Ms. Bloom oversees the company’s business operations, compliance initiatives, and operational reporting requirements. During her tenure, she has led teams in closing more than $2 billion in transactions representing over 22 million square feet of development and operating investments. She also spearheaded the creation of Lovett Industrial Management, LLC, the company’s property management platform, which currently manages nearly 12 million square feet. In addition, Ms. Bloom has implemented key policies and procedures that support the company’s relationships with a vast number of institutional equity partners and lending institutions. Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, Ms. Bloom was a senior attorney in the Mergers, Acquisitions, and Capital Markets practice group at Vinson & Elkins LLP, where she focused on private equity transactions and advised public and private companies on corporate governance, compliance, and tax matters. Ms. Bloom earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from California Western School of Law, and an LL.M. from the University of San Diego School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Texas, Louisiana, and California.
