Executive Leadership.

Ms. Bloom serves as Chief Operating Officer at Lovett Industrial, joining in February of 2021. Ms. Bloom oversees the day-to-day operations of the company and is responsible for the implementation and execution of the company’s various investment strategies, and associated reporting and operational requirements. During her time at Lovett, Ms. Bloom has led teams within the company to close more than $2 billion of transactions, representing more than 15 million square feet of development and operating investments. She has also overseen the creation of Lovett Industrial Management, LLC, the company’s property management business, and the implementation of key policies and procedures that have enabled the company to effectively manage relationships with 11 different institutional equity sources and 15 different lending sources. Prior to Lovett Industrial, Ms. Bloom was a senior attorney in the Mergers, Acquisitions, and Capital Markets practice group at Vinson & Elkins LLP, where she focused on private equity transactions and counseled public and private business entities with respect to corporate governance, compliance, and tax-related matters. Ms. Bloom earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and earned her law degree, cum laude, from California Western School of Law-San Diego and an L.L.M. from the University of San Diego School of Law. Ms. Bloom is licensed by the State Bar of Texas, Louisiana and California.
