Mr. James serves as Market Leader for the West Region at Lovett Industrial, where he is responsible for sourcing and managing development and acquisition opportunities. He leads the evaluation of new investments, oversees project execution, and works closely with capital partners, brokers, contractors, and consultants to drive successful project outcomes.
Since joining Lovett Industrial in May 2022, he has played a key role in guiding projects from initial underwriting through completion and stabilization, navigating due diligence, entitlements, design coordination, construction oversight, and disposition.
Mr. James earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from San Diego State University. During his undergraduate studies, he competed in the NAIOP University Challenge and participated in the NAIOP Developing Leaders Mentorship Program.
