Mr. Steinfeld serves as Vice President, Legal at Lovett Industrial, joining in February 2023. He is responsible for leading legal execution across the company’s investment and development platform, including the structuring and negotiation of acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing transactions. He partners with internal teams to advise on risk management and support the efficient execution of transactions across the company’s national portfolio. Additionally, he has helped refine legal processes and standards across the company.
Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, he was in private practice at RMWBH PC, where his practice focused on commercial real estate transactions and providing outside counsel services to privately held businesses.
Mr. Steinfeld earned his law degree, cum laude, from South Texas College of Law Houston and a B.A. in Political Science from American University. He is licensed by the State Bar of Texas.
