Mr. Steinfeld serves as Senior Counsel at Lovett Industrial, joining in February 2023. At Lovett Industrial, he is charged with providing legal guidance on nationwide real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and due diligence. He also supports the company’s general corporate legal matters. Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, Mr. Steinfeld worked at several regional law firms with a focus on commercial real estate, most recently RMWBH PC, where his practice focused on commercial real estate transactions and provided outside counsel services for several privately held businesses. Mr. Steinfeld earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from American University and earned his law degree, cum laude, from South Texas College of Law Houston. Mr. Steinfeld is licensed by the State Bar of Texas.
