Ms. Sun serves as Assistant Controller at Lovett Industrial. Joining in June 2023, Ms. Sun oversees the development accounting team while assisting in implementing Yardi System accounting and helping streamline processes. Prior to Lovett Industrial, Ms. Sun had over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, both in the private and public sectors. Additionally, Ms. Sun worked in the debt department and handled operations accounting for multiple office buildings and retail spaces for Howard Hughes Corporation, including pre-development Multifamily projects with Hines. Ms. Sun holds a BA in accounting from the University of Houston Downtown.
