Mr. Gagnon serves as a Director for the Southeast U.S. Region at Lovett Industrial, joining in January 2025. Based in the Atlanta office, he is responsible for sourcing new acquisition and development opportunities and overseeing due diligence, entitlements, financing, leasing, and dispositions across the region.
Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, he worked at Johnson Development Associates in Atlanta, where he was involved in the sourcing, due diligence, entitlements, development, management, and leasing of more than 1.3 million square feet of industrial space.
Mr. Gagnon earned a B.S. in Accounting from Washington and Lee University.
