Ms. Mahoney serves as an Accounting Manager at Lovett Industrial, joining in May 2024. She is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects ranging from predevelopment to operating and supporting the administration of Yardi Systems. Ms. Mahoney brings over 7 years of experience in commercial real estate.
Prior to Lovett Industrial, Ms. Mahoney worked as a Property Accountant at Silver Star Properties REIT, where she focused primarily on operations accounting for multiple office and retail properties and handling most tenant disputes. She also served as Accounts Receivable Specialist, handling the receivables for Silver Star Properties REIT’s entire portfolio.
Ms. Mahoney holds a BA in General Technology from Kent State University.
