Mr. Martin serves as a Senior Associate for the Southeast U.S. Region at Lovett Industrial, having joined the firm in April 2024. Based in the Atlanta office, he is responsible for evaluating acquisition and development opportunities and supporting due diligence, capitalization, leasing, and disposition efforts across the region.
Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, he worked at Northmarq as a Lead Investment Analyst in both Dallas and Atlanta, where he helped execute more than $600 million in debt and equity originations across a wide range of asset classes and structures.
Mr. Martin earned a BBA in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from Texas Christian University.
