Mr. Martin joined Lovett Industrial in April 2024 as an Associate for the Southeast U.S. Region. Mr. Martin is responsible for evaluating acquisition and development opportunities and supporting due diligence, capitalization, leasing, and project disposition efforts across the Southeast U.S. Region from the Atlanta, GA office. Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, Mr. Martin worked at Northmarq as a Lead Investment Analyst in both their Dallas and Atlanta offices. Mr. Martin helped execute over $600 million of debt and equity originations across all asset classes and forms of execution. Mr. Martin graduated from Texas Christian University where he completed his BBA in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate.
