Ms. Werlinger serves as Controller for Lovett Industrial, joining in May 2023. Ms. Werlinger oversees Lovett Industrial’s operations accounting functions while leading the implementation of Yardi Systems accounting and property management software. Prior to Lovett Industrial, Ms. Werlinger was Vice President/Controller at LandPark Advisors, where she focused on accounting operations, corporate accounting, and implementation of the Yardi Systems software. Ms. Werlinger has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate development and operations. Ms. Werlinger earned a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and an Associate degree in Accounting from Bryant & Stratton College.
