Ms. Werlinger serves as Controller for Lovett Industrial, joining in May 2023. She oversees development, operations, and corporate accounting, and leads the implementation and administration of Yardi Systems accounting and property management software. She brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate accounting.
Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, she served as Vice President/Controller at LandPark Advisors, where she focused on accounting operations, corporate accounting, and the implementation of Yardi Systems.
Ms. Werlinger earned a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and an Associate degree in Accounting from Bryant & Stratton College.
