Mr. Banton serves as the Market Leader for California, Phoenix and Utah at Lovett Industrial. Mr. Banton is responsible for all aspects of Lovett’s projects in the regions, including acquisitions, development, capitalization, leasing, disposition, and day-to-day operations in the Western Region office. Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, Mr. Banton worked at Panattoni Development Company. Mr. Banton graduated from San Diego State University, where he completed his B.S. in Finance and was a recipient of the Pension Real Estate Association Scholar Award. Mr. Banton resides in Newport Beach, California, and is a member of NAIOP SoCal and NAIOP Inland Empire.
