Mr. Swift serves as the Market Leader for the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast U.S. region at Lovett Industrial, joining in September 2022. Mr. Swift is charged with sourcing and evaluating new acquisition and development opportunities and managing due diligence, entitlements, financing, leasing, and disposition efforts across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast US regions. He is currently overseeing several million square feet of development projects in Norfolk, VA, Philadelphia, PA, and southern New Jersey. In addition, he oversees approximately 1.3 million square feet of operating portfolios in Norfolk, VA, and Northern New Jersey. Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, Mr. Swift spent four years at Hines in their San Diego office, where he was responsible for the acquisition, development, and asset management of industrial and office projects totaling over 1.2 million square feet and $450 million in value. Mr. Swift was also responsible for the financial modeling of all projects in the San Diego region totaling over $4 billion. Mr. Swift received his B.A. from Colby College, where he majored in Physics and Mathematics.
