Mr. Gilbert serves as a Director for the Dallas-Fort Worth market at Lovett Industrial, joining in March 2024. At Lovett Industrial, Mr. Gilbert is responsible for sourcing and evaluating acquisition and development opportunities, managing due diligence efforts, project capitalization, leasing, and asset dispositions within the DFW market.
Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, Mr. Gilbert worked at Fortress Investment Group where he oversaw a portfolio of 2.6 million square feet of commercial real estate across the country. Prior to Fortress, Mr. Gilbert was responsible for underwriting and transacting over $400 million of real estate assets as a capital markets professional.
Mr. Gilbert earned his BBA from Texas Tech University and MBA from Southern Methodist University.
