Mr.Yu serves as Senior Development Manager, Dallas & Phoenix Markets, at Lovett Industrial, where he leads pre-construction, due-diligence, and entitlement activities, including land use planning, agency approvals, design, and construction activities. Mr. Yu joined Lovett Industrial in June 2023 to expand and reinforce Lovett Industrial’s Dallas-Fort Worth Regional platform, which currently supports approximately 5 million square feet of projects that are either constructed, under construction, or in the design phase. Prior to that, Mr. Yu was a Senior Project Manager and Associate at Peloton Land Solutions in the Frisco office, leading a team of 4 to serve clients in multifamily, commercial, office, industrial, and K-12 schools. Prior to his tenure at Peloton Land Solutions, Mr. Yu spent 6 years at Pape-Dawson Engineers, leading a site-civil practice. Some notable projects in Mr. Yu’s career include the TCU Admissions building, TCU Bob Lily Performance Center, Downtown Fort Worth Sundance Square Plaza, and USAA Plano office addition. Mr. Yu has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Texas.
