Mr. Wicoff serves as Corporate Counsel at Lovett Industrial, joining in April 2024. At Lovett Industrial, he provides legal guidance on nationwide real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financing, due diligence, and leasing. Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, Mr. Wicoff worked at Hines as counsel and, before that, was an associate at Vinson & Elkins LLP, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets transactions. Mr. Wicoff earned his Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. Mr. Wicoff is licensed by the State Bar of Texas.
