Co-Founders Charlie Meyer and Frank Liu collectively bring decades of experience in multiple product types, including industrial retail, office, and residential, with Meyer having overseen more than 37 million square feet of industrial development and acquisitions totaling over $4 billion during the course of his career. Since its inception, Meyer has driven the growth of Lovett Industrial, expanding its footprint to encompass more than 23 million square feet of development and acquisition projects across the U.S.

Chief Operating Officer Sara Bloom has leveraged her prior experience as a senior attorney in mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets to close over $2 billion in transactions and establish Lovett Industrial’s robust property management division. Chief Financial Officer Greg Schilling possesses over 20 years of extensive expertise in complex partnerships, financing, and deal structuring having held prominent positions at firms such as Griffin Partners and Sendero Midstream. Executive Vice President of Investments David Richards brings nearly 25 years of industrial real estate experience, having led a national investment platform at Diamond Realty Investments that encompassed more than 40 million square feet and $4 billion in development projects.
