Interchange 80 will be a 203,149-square-foot Class-A rear-load facility located at the northeast corner of US 80 and I-635. This logistics facility offers exceptional visibility, making it an attractive location for a diverse and growing tenant base in East Dallas. 

The facility will feature a clear height of 32 feet, a 6-inch reinforced concrete slab, and 40 dock-high doors. Additionally, it boasts a 130-foot truck court that can accommodate up to 72 trailer parking spaces, depending on tenant needs. 

Interchange 80 is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025 and will cater to tenants with spaces ranging from 67,723 to 203,169 square feet.
