The rear-load facility will feature 32-foot clear heights, a 130-foot truck court, 45 dock-high doors, 162 auto parking spaces, and 16 trailer parking spaces.

Construction is anticipated to begin in December 2025, with delivery expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.
