Mr. Benjaminov serves as Director of Central and South Texas, at Lovett Industrial, joining in June 2021. At Lovett Industrial, Mr. Benjaminov is charged with sourcing and evaluating acquisition and development opportunities and managing due diligence, entitlements, financing, leasing, and disposition efforts across Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Texas border towns. He currently oversees a pipeline of more than 7.7 million square feet of industrial development projects across Central and South Texas.
Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, Mr. Benjaminov received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. During his time as an undergraduate student, he held internships in acquisition roles with Lionstone Investments, Urban Genesis, a private family office, and an investment sales internship with Cushman & Wakefield.
