Mr. Stephens serves as an Associate for the Houston market at Lovett Industrial, joining in March 2025. Mr. Stephens’s responsibilities include due diligence and financial analysis for acquisition and development opportunities, as well as supporting project coordination efforts on active development projects. Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, Mr. Stephens worked as a civil engineer in land development at LJA Engineering, Inc. He gained hands-on experience designing utility systems, roadways, and detention infrastructure for residential communities, as well as overseeing construction for these projects. Mr. Stephens earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Southern Methodist University and M.B.A. from The Jones School of Business at Rice University.
