Ms. Brueckner serves as an Associate for Houston and Denver markets at Lovett Industrial, joining in June of 2024. Ms. Brueckner’s responsibilities include evaluating acquisition and development opportunities, as well as supporting financing, leasing, and disposition efforts. Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, Ms. Brueckner was a civil engineer in Northern Virginia for Bohler Engineering and in Atlanta for WK Dickson, gaining extensive experience in land development. Ms. Brueckner earned her B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina and MBA and MRE degrees from Penn State University. During her studies, she interned with Pacific Life Insurance underwriting, debt origination, and private equity teams.
