Mr. Gilliland serves as Vice President, Asset Management at Lovett Industrial, joining in March 2025. He is charged with leading Asset Management efforts and implementing portfolio-level initiatives nationwide, overseeing operating assets, acquisitions, dispositions, and Municipal Utility District reimbursement projects. Mr. Gilliland also assists market leaders in evaluating acquisition and development opportunities, financing, and managing due diligence efforts. In addition, Mr. Gilliland and his team oversee leasing, capital projects, and property management of Lovett’s nationwide operating portfolio.
Prior to Lovett Industrial, Mr. Gilliland spent ten years at Stream Realty Partners, where his responsibilities included leading the implementation and oversight for national asset management initiatives to supplement the firm’s newly formed investment management platform. During this time, Mr. Gilliand was directly involved in the acquisition and development of office, industrial, and retail projects totaling approximately 12.2 million square feet over 37 assets, with over $2.5 billion in total project costs.
Mr. Gilliland received his B.A. from Southern Methodist University, where he majored in Economics, and his M.B.A. from the University of Houston, Bauer College of Business, with a concentration in Finance.
