Mr. Vandermeer serves as an Analyst for the DFW market at Lovett Industrial, joining in September 2025. His responsibilities include evaluating acquisition and development opportunities, as well as supporting project coordination efforts on active development projects. Prior to Lovett, he was an Analyst at Provident Realty Advisors, focusing on data center and industrial site acquisitions & due diligence, and a Project Engineer at Rogers-O’Brien Construction, where he gained hands-on tilt-wall construction experience. He holds a B.S. in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and an M.S. in Real Estate from SMU’s Cox School of Business.
