Mr. Richards serves as Executive Vice President of Investments for Lovett Industrial, where he helps guide the firm’s investment strategy, acquisition activity, and expansion into key logistics markets across the United States. Based in Dallas, he brings nearly 25 years of industrial real estate experience spanning brokerage, capital markets, and institutional investment.
Before joining Lovett Industrial, Mr. Richards was Executive Vice President of Acquisitions at Diamond Realty Investments, a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation, where he led a national industrial investment platform totaling more than 40 million square feet and $4 billion in development projects. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles with Grubb & Ellis, JLL, and Marcus & Millichap, overseeing industrial operations in multiple U.S. markets.
Before beginning his career in real estate, Mr. Richards spent nine years as an offensive lineman in the National Football League, starting in 138 regular-season and six postseason games.
Mr. Richards earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business (majoring in Finance and Credit Analysis) from Walsh College, graduating cum laude. He also completed business and economics coursework at UCLA and Southern Methodist University.
