Interchange 249, a joint venture between Lovett Industrial and Clarion Partners, is a multi-phased 240-acre business park that, at park completion, will offer nearly 3.1M square feet of light industrial and warehouse space. The park is positioned at the interchange of Highway 249 and the Grand Parkway in Tomball, TX. The current availability of this property is +/-354,000-735,000 square foot suites.
Construction of Building 8 (BTS) began in March 2022 and was completed in December 2022.
Phase I speculative construction commenced in June 2022 and was completed in August 2023.
Phase II construction began in January 2026 and is anticipated to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026.
