Fort Bend Business Park is a multi-phased business park consisting of 240 acres located in South West Houston off of Fort Bend Tollway in Fort Bend County. The first phase of the business park consists of a 1.08 million square foot Class A Distribution Center fully leased to a single tenant. The remaining acreage is available for build-to-suit and speculative development with the capability to build 2.5 million square feet of total space across multiple buildings.
