99 North Logistics Park

99 North Logistics Park is a single 219,000-square-foot cross-dock with a last-mile delivery facility. It was built for Amazon and includes approximately 40 acres of car and van parking, with charging stations at each van stall for the company’s electric fleet. Situated in Houston’s North sub-market, 99 North provides direct access to the Grand Parkway, Houston’s third and outer-most freeway loop, enabling last-mile servicing of The Woodlands, TX. Construction began in December 2020 and was completed in September 2021.

Lovett Industrial sold 99 North Logistics Park in the fourth quarter of 2021.
