Located at the northeast corner of US 80 and 635, this Class A logistics facility is the last available land site at this interchange, offering users exceptional visibility and brand recognition opportunities. The facility will feature a 203,169 square-foot rear-load building with a 32-foot clear height, a 6-inch reinforced concrete slab, and 40 dock-high doors. Additionally, it will include a 130-foot truck court and can accommodate up to 72 trailer parking spaces, tenant-dependent.

Marketing and leasing efforts for Interchange 80 will be exclusively handled by Brett Lewis, Taylor Stell, and Alex Wilson with Lee & Associates. Construction financing is being provided by Texas Capital Bank. Conlan Construction is the General Contractor, LGE Design is the lead architect, and Kimley-Horn and Associates is serving as the project’s civil engineer.
Interchange 80 is Lovett Industrial’s tenth industrial development in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area.
