Ms. Watson serves as a Property Manager at Lovett Industrial, joining in February 2025. At Lovett Industrial, she oversees operating assets and assists with transitioning new assets from development to operations. Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, Ms. Watson served as an Associate Real Estate Manager at CBRE, Inc., where she managed over 5 million square feet of Industrial assets. Ms. Watson is a native Houstonian and a graduate of Texas A&M University.
