Ms. Brueckner serves as Director of Central & South Texas at Lovett Industrial, joining in June 2024. She is responsible for sourcing and evaluating acquisition and development opportunities, overseeing due diligence, entitlements, financing, leasing, and disposition efforts across the region. She currently oversees 4.1 million square feet of industrial development projects and 3.9 million square feet of operating assets across the Houston market and surrounding submarkets.
Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, Ms. Brueckner was a civil engineer with Bohler Engineering in Northern Virginia and WK Dickson in Atlanta, where she gained extensive land development experience. She earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina and both MBA and MRE degrees from Penn State University.
