Mr. Claussen serves as an Associate of Investor Relations at Lovett Industrial, joining in March 2024. Mr. Claussen is charged with supporting Lovett Industrial’s investor relations and fundraising activities.
Prior to Lovett Industrial, Mr. Claussen co-founded and led BuiltNearby, a Houston-based real estate technology and data startup. Additionally, Mr. Claussen was a Director at Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in office tenant representation.
Mr. Claussen serves on the Board of Directors for the Sam Houston Area Council, Boy Scouts of America, and holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln
