Mr. James serves as an Associate, West Region at Lovett Industrial, joining in May 2022. As an Associate for the West Region, Mr. James is responsible for evaluating the feasibility of developments and acquisitions, navigating the due diligence process on pursuits, managing development budgets, and providing support through entitlements and construction. Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, Mr. James earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from San Diego State University. During his time as an undergraduate student, he competed in the NAIOP University Challenge and participated in the NAIOP Developing Leaders Mentorship Program. Additionally, Mr. James holds REFM’s Certification in Excel for Real Estate: Levels 1, 2, & 3.
