Mr. Swift serves as Managing Director for the East U.S. Region at Lovett Industrial, joining in September 2022. Mr. Swift is charged with sourcing and evaluating acquisition and development opportunities and managing due diligence, entitlements, financing, leasing, and disposition efforts across the region. He currently oversees several million square feet of development projects in Charlotte, NC, Nashville, TN, Durham, NC, Norfolk, VA, Philadelphia, PA, and southern New Jersey. In addition, he oversees approximately 1.3 million square feet of operating assets across the East U.S. Region.
Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, Mr. Swift spent four years at Hines in its San Diego office, where he was responsible for the acquisition, development, and asset management of industrial and office projects totaling more than 1.2 million square feet and $450 million in value. Mr. Swift was also responsible for the financial modeling of projects in the San Diego region totaling more than $4 billion.
Mr. Swift received a B.A. from Colby College, majoring in Physics and Mathematics.
