Mr. Rios serves as Market Leader, Houston and Denver, at Lovett Industrial, having joined Lovett in February 2023. He is charged with leading the sourcing and execution of investments within these two major U.S. cities, including evaluation of new acquisition and development opportunities, managing due diligence efforts, capital raising, leasing, and dispositions. Mr. Rios oversees the planning and development of more than 5 million square feet of industrial space within his market coverage areas, and more than 4 million square feet of operating properties. Prior to Lovett Industrial, Mr. Rios worked on the Industrial Development team at Broe Real Estate Group, a Denver-based real estate development and investment company, where he assisted in growing the firm’s industrial development platform, which included raising the firm’s first discretionary development fund, as well as supporting acquisition, development, and leasing of projects throughout the U.S. Prior to his role at Broe Real Estate, Mr. Rios worked as a management consultant specializing in transactions and public offerings. Mr. Rios holds a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from Texas A&M University. He is a CFA Charter holder.
