With over 20 years of industrial real estate experience, Mr. Chang previously held roles at Duke Realty Corporation, Liberty Property Trust, and, most recently, Prologis. At Prologis, he worked within the Capital Deployment group, responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing investment opportunities. Prior to joining Lovett, Mr. Chang deployed $1.6 billion in investments through the purchase of over 1,500 acres of land and the development of over 12.5 million square feet of industrial warehouse space across the country. He has detailed experience in large, complex land acquisitions and entitlements in multiple high-barrier-to-entry markets.
Based in Houston, Texas, Mr. Chang has an engineering degree from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Rice University. He holds a CCIM® designation, is a registered Professional Civil Engineer in the State of Texas, and is a LEED® Accredited Professional. Mr. Chang serves on the Board of Directors of the Houston NAIOP® chapter.
